Hi, I'm Emilie.
Emilie loves to experiment with new materials, technologies, and forms. Her work is driven by an understanding of both the technical and the human aspects of interaction design, and by a commitment to creating experiences that are both functional and beautiful.
Emilie studied Computer Science and Anthropology at the University of Chicago, receiving an honors degree with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). During this time, she was awarded multiple scholarships including the Quad Undergraduate Research Scholarship and the Careers in Computer Science Conference Grant for her work at the Actuated Experience Lab (AxLab). Her research has been published in peer-reviewed conferences like ACM UIST and C&C, as well as exhibited at Ars Electronica.
Originally from the US and France, Emilie has lived in New York, Chicago, London, Budapest, and Heidelberg. She is currently based in NYC.
Let's Connect!
I'm always open to discussing tech, projects, or potential collaborations. Feel free to reach out!
