Emilie Faracci is fourth year at the University of Chicago (class of 2024), where she studies Computer Science and Anthropology.
As a member of the Actuated Experience Lab, Emilie is part of a team of researchers who are pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of user interfaces. She plays an active role in designing and developing novel tangible user interfaces, experimenting with new materials, technologies, and forms. Her work is driven by a deep understanding of both the technical and the human aspects of interaction design, and by a commitment to creating experiences that are both functional and beautiful.
Originally from France, Emilie has lived in London, Heidelberg, Budapest, New York, and Chicago.
